evolution of a man…

there comes a point in every man's (and woman's) life when they realize what it is they want to do with themselves. some of us reach this point at an early age; others much later. and although we are constantly evolving as people from the day we are born, it is my belief that once we determine what it is we want for ourselves and our lives, and then proceed to take the necessary actions to get and do those things, the real evolution begins to take ...

last night, i attended the house of latex annual ball held at the roseland ballroom in manhattan. i’d been planning on going for almost a month- pretty much as soon as i heard about it. chris and i decided that for our first ball, we’d go to the biggest one in town, and the latex ball was it. as i got off the subway around 9pm, i ran into my friend nathan and with him, i walked right past the line, and into roseland. just hearing the music put me ...

today i went "back to school" shopping. i thought about everything that's poppin' off and about to start in my life in the next few months, and i wanted to be prepared. i went out and got a weekly planner and post-its so i can plan my work and work my plan, a legal pad so that i can keep up on my note and idea-taking. you never want to be without a pad of paper when in creative-mode. i also treated myself to a novelty pen- special to me because it's a ...

ummm…

i'm watching "the hills" on mtv, and i'm liking it. ...i'm scared. ******************** update: i lied. although the show is quickly becoming a guilty pleasure of mine, the content is quite fake. after watching 3 episodes, i had great trouble deciphering whether it was a reality show or a soap opera. their lines of dialog were delivered as if they were trying to act on a soap opera, but at the same time, you can sense that these are actually their ...
