Incredible! I had a similar revelation a couple years ago and I lost 30 lbs and feel much better about myself. In terms of staying motivated, what really helped me keep things in perspective was the fact that my MIND worked best when my body was pumped. After weight training and cardio, I felt so mentally sharp and clear. Being a writer first, this made ideas and wit flow so much easier... I hope you much success and evolution! You had me crackin’ up reading this! Incredible!

At some point I think everyone spends time in a bad space with the wrong person around, we have to be clear enough to see it and walk away from it. I hope that you will be able to see this is not a friendship and leave it alone. It is bad for you. Stop wasting your precious time on this worthless situation.
